With the Seasonic CORE GC series, Seasonic offers reliable, efficient, and powerful power supplies for your gaming PC. Providing 850 watts of power and support for ATX 3.1 as well as PCIe 5.1, it includes everything you need, while the native 12V-2x6 connector additionally enables power delivery to modern graphics cards.

  • 850 watts total power for high-performance gaming PCs
  • 80 PLUS Gold certification for energy-efficient operation
  • 12V-2x6 connector delivering up to 600 watts for modern graphics cards
  • 120 mm FDB fan with S2FC control for quiet operation
  • ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 support for modern hardware

850 watts of power for your gaming PC

The Seasonic CORE GC-850 provides your system with a total power output of 850 watts. Through the powerful 12V rail, it delivers up to 840 watts, supplying essential components such as the processor and graphics card. This ensures a reliable power supply for your PC even during demanding games and compute-intensive applications.

Thanks to ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1, the power supply supports modern hardware requirements. The native 12V-2x6 connector delivers up to 600 watts to compatible graphics cards, allowing connection without additional adapters. For graphics cards with conventional power connectors, 8-pin PCIe connectors are also provided. This means the power supply can also be used with older generations of graphics cards.

Efficient power delivery and pleasant noise levels

The 80 PLUS Gold certification signifies high efficiency in converting the consumed energy. As a result, less power is lost as heat, reducing the heat output of the power supply and limiting power consumption. This is especially beneficial during extended gaming sessions or regular PC use.

Cooling is provided by a 120 mm fan with a fluid dynamic bearing. The intelligent S2FC fan control automatically adjusts the fan speed according to temperature. Under lower loads, the fan runs slower to reduce noise. When the temperature rises under load, the control increases the fan speed to reliably cool the components.

Compact design and reliable protection

With an installation depth of only 140 mm, the CORE GC-850 fits space-savingly into compatible ATX cases. The fixed black cables with braided appearance enable connection of your hardware. The robust surface helps protect the power supply casing during installation and future hardware upgrades.

Integrated protection circuits against overcurrent, overload, overheating, overvoltage, short circuit, and undervoltage safeguard the power supply during fault conditions. Additionally, Seasonic emphasises the longevity of the power supply with a five-year manufacturer’s warranty. This provides a solid foundation for your gaming or work PC.
